Lucinda L. DeGrange, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. DeGrange earned a Doctorate in Psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University.  Dr. DeGrange has had over 15 years of clinical experience.  She completed a  fellowship in Forensics with an emphasis on child custody evaluations.  Dr. DeGrange has also received training as a parent coordinator and mediator.  She has worked within a variety of settings including: private practice, hospital, elementary and secondary school, Head Start, university-counseling center and family/criminal courts.  She completed her internship in psychology with Louisiana State University- Health Sciences Center.

Dr. DeGrange plays an active role in therapy and incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused and Mindfulness therapies.  For psychological and psychoeducational assessments she works to engage the client to get the most accurate presentation.  Dr. DeGrange is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Louisiana Psychological Association (LPA), the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) as well as civic associations and volunteer boards.  Dr. DeGrange was elected to serve as president of LPA by a statewide election of her peers for 2016-2017.

Dr. DeGrange has been awarded the Early Career Psychologist Award from the LPA and she is currently serving as Louisiana’s representative to the APA Counsel of Representatives.  Additionally, Dr. DeGrange appears on broadcast news programs to share her expertise on psychological issues.

Stephanie M. Grant, PhD

Psychological Associate

A native New Orleanian, Dr. Grant obtained her doctorate in School Psychology from Louisiana State University in December of 2017. Dr. Grant has dedicated her life to improving outcomes for students from diverse backgrounds and she specializes in the behavioral assessment and treatment of academic and behavioral problems of youth. Dr. Grant has spent a number of years working with children across settings including in the school system, clinical pediatric, and community settings. Dr. Grant has a strongly behavioral orientation and seeks to provide support to children and families in the most efficient and pragmatic way possible.

Dr. Grant offers parent training for child behavioral concerns, skill development, and the reduction of problem behavior. She also offers individual therapy for depression, anxiety, and other related concerns of childhood utilizing a cognitive-behavioral framework. Dr. Grant also has experience working with children with developmental disabilities and autism. Dr. Grant is an active member of the National Association of School Psychologists.

Dr. Grant is currently accepting therapy clients only.

Megan Goldfarb

Psychological Associate

Megan Goldfarb received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from John Carroll University in Ohio in 2009. Over the last decade, she has worked in the mental health field, first in the community as a case manager and clinician, then as a community college instructor, and most recently as a drug addiction counselor at a local drug and alcohol addiction rehab.

Currently, she is completing her Doctorate in Applied Developmental Psychology at the University of New Orleans, with a focus on assessments of specific learning disabilities and giftedness. With the intended goal of pursing licensure as a developmental psychologist, Meg is currently being supervised by Dr. DeGrange for her practicum hours.
